- 1st $110 payment due on or before December 31, 2025.
- 2nd $110 payment due on or before January 31, 2026.
- 3rd and final $110 payment due on or before February 28, 2026.
Why was there an increase in assessments from $300 to $330?
As was shared in the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Members, the Board of Directors elected to increase assessment fees by 10%.
This 10% increase is allowed by Article IV of our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Section 4.3 (b) states: the maximum regular annual assessment may be increased by an amount of up to 10 percent (10%) over the preceding year’s regular annual assessment solely by the Board of Directors.
This decision was not made lightly and is based on several important factors. For more than a decade, assessments have stayed at the same rate despite economic inflation and increased costs associated with essential services and maintenance.
This adjustment is necessary so we can ensure that we can continue to maintain common areas and increase what is in our financial reserve. We appreciate your understanding and support as we make these updates for the sustainability of our neighborhood’s needs.
